AGM week-end, Saturday 26 April 2014, Novotel, York, UK

 
 
Members of the Crimean War Research Society are invited to attend our next Annual
General Meeting week-end.  This year it will be at the Novotel , Fishergate, York YO10 4FD, tel +44 (0)1904 611660.
 
Registration will commence from 9.00am with the formal Annual General Meeting starting
at 9.30am on Saturday 26 April 2014.
 
As with recent Annual General Meetings of the Society, the Saturday afternoon will have
talks relevant to the Crimean War.
 
In addition to the above a social programme is being devised. There will be a dinner at the
Novotel on the Saturday evening, at a cost of £25.00 per attendee (guests welcome).
The full agenda for the Annual General Meeting with details of the Friday evening and
Sunday morning social events for that weekend will be circulated with the next War
Correspondent and posted here, together with booking details for the dinner.
 
Prior to this members and their guests may wish to book accommodation for the Friday and/or Saturday nights at the Novotel, bookings for this accommodation should be made directly with the hotel. A number of bedrooms are being held for the Society until 8 weeks before the event,the
cost quoted being £109.00 Bed & Breakfast for double occupancy, and £99.00 for single
occupancy.
