2012 AGM Week-End at Bristol, England

Mike Hinton is organising the 2012 Annual General Meeting week-end, to be held at Bristol, the AGM itself being on Saturday the 28th of April.

The 28th Annual General Meeting of the society will be held in the George White Suite, The Bristol Hotel, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4QF on Saturday 28th April 2012, commencing at 1215 Hrs. The provisional timetable is as follows-

1030 Opening of meeting, followed by three 30 minute talks -

1. Paul Watkins: ‘A day at the seaside: Crimean War connections to Weston-super-Mare.
2. Glenn Fisher: ‘The Bristol Crimean and Indian Mutiny Veterans Association’.
3. To be announced, possibly Bridget Geoghan.

DRAFT AGENDA

1. Minutes Silence to remember departed members.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. List of those present.
4. Adoption of the Minutes of the 27th AGM and matters arising.
5-12 Reports from the Executive Officers.
13. Presentation of the Canon Lummis & President’s Trophies.
14. Motion to adopt the draft Constitution as included with the April WC.
